The Childrens SPOT, Inc. offers Speech, Occupational and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programming for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of cognitive disorders and developmental delays, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The Childrens SPOT, Inc. is currently in search of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work in a clinic setting with children preschool to high school ages. The BCBA would be providing direct services and supervising RBTs. This is a full-time hourly position. Our BCBA's have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists to provide the best services and optimal outcomes for thier clients.

The essential functions of the BCBA :

• Assessment
• Developing interventions
• Training (Parent and RBT)
• Updating treatment plans and submitting to insurances
• Completing session notes

The ideal candidate for this position has their BCBA certification and is in good standing with the BACB. They should have experience with the VB MAPP and working with children 2 to 15 years of age.

Hourly or Salary Positions available with the potential for up to $90,000 annual, given a minimum of 30 billable hours per week. Sign on bonus and retention bonuses offered totaling $5000.00.
