Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop potential business accounts through strategic entry plans.
  • Lead prospecting initiatives and cultivate strong client relationships.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years in direct B2B sales with Fortune 1000 companies.
  • A proven track record in new business development within professional services.
  • Experience managing large sales volumes (exceeding $250k per transaction).
  • Proficiency in navigating diverse sales cycles ranging from three to twelve months.
  • Stable career history with no more than three job changes in the last decade.
  • Compensation is predominantly commission and bonus-based.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through lead generation.

    • Compensation and Benefits :

    The compensation package is performance-driven with no earning cap, starting with a base salary of $135K plus commission and bonuses linked to annual revenue and profitability. Additional benefits include eligibility for performance reward programs, such as an annual President's Club travel award, car allowance, company-provided laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and a full expense account for client entertainment.
