Resort Equipment Attendant
The Resort Equipment Attendant manages daily delivery and recovery of operational equipment and manages the maintenance and upkeep of equipment storage facilities across the resort. Additionally, the Resort Equipment Attendant supports the daily Admissions Operations rental product inventory program and supports the front of house Guest experience pertaining to rental products.
Major Responsibilities :
Familiar with the movement and storage of equipment / supplies to include - but not limited to - barricades, stanchions, carts, barricade covers, strollers, wheelchairs, signage, etc. Tracks all supplies around the resort including partner and interdepartmental requests. Navigate, load, and operate carts, both electronic and manual, through tight spaces and in Guest areas. Drive UO vehicles and golf carts, hauling supplies and towing trailers and operate pallet jacks.
Supports the Admissions Operations Rentals Inventory program by recovering dispersed inventory in CityWalk, Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. Works with leadership of each park to ensure daily inventory levels are balanced and available for sale. Delivers replacement products to in-park Guests.
Completes routine audits and counts of equipment / storage locations to mitigate break downs and maintain UO show quality standards, cleaning supplies and storage areas when necessary. Routinely inspects all operational equipment in Event Operations and files damage reports when necessary.
Effectively communicates to the Leadership team on the status of projects. Has a working knowledge of the layout of the resort and is sent to complete projects as an individual. Including deliveries and recoveries to on-property hotels.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

Education :
High school degree or GED preferred.
Experience :
1+ year preferred. Front of House Guest Service experience required.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations :
Valid Florida Driver's license required.
