💼 Role : Lead Aseptic Manufacturing Technician

What You'll Do :

🧬 Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in GMP cell therapy manufacturing, troubleshooting and leading critical operations

🧪 Enforce proper aseptic technique and ensure consistent Grade A BSC practices across the team

📋 Oversee and execute all aspects of manufacturing operations, including :  Batch record review,  Flask handling & storage,  Final product inspection,  Cryopreservation,  Chain of custody / information transactions,  Inventory and material tracking,  Batch record review,  Flask handling & storage,  Final product inspection,  Cryopreservation,  Chain of custody / information transactions,  Inventory and material tracking,  Kit prep and cleanroom readiness

✅ Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and safety protocols (OSHA, SDS, etc.)

🤝 Mentor and guide cleanroom technicians, setting the standard for excellence in aseptic execution

What We're Looking For :

✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience

✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience in GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing

✅ Strong expertise in aseptic operations : BSC work, liquid transfers, welders / sealers, downstream processing

✅ Proven leadership skills in cleanroom environments — able to lead by example and gain trust quickly

✅ Excellent math and technical skills, including calculations using fractions, decimals, percentages, and basic algebra

✅ Demonstrated SME-level knowledge of aseptic processing in cleanroom settings
