Maintain data integrity and system security, and drive user adoption through training and support

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a growth-oriented organization

Deep expertise in Salesforce platform administration and declarative development

Advanced knowledge of automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder

Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator preferred

Proven track record of leading Salesforce health and governance initiatives
