About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) – Psych

Location : Concord, CA

Shift : Day - 8 hours

Job Summary :

We’re seeking a dedicated Psych RN to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with mental health conditions. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, and support patients in a safe and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver direct psychiatric nursing care

Monitor patient behavior and mental status

Administer medications and track responses

Support crisis intervention and de-escalation

Document care accurately in EMR

Educate patients and families on treatment plans

Active RN license in California

2+ year of nursing experience in psych.

BLS - Required
