Supervisor, Commercial Cash Management Setups
The main purpose of this job is to provide operational direction to the department in accordance with established systems and procedures. This includes ensuring the timely / accurate completion of departmental work, management reports, training, coordinating the workflow within the department(s) and resolving complex problems.
Essential functions include :
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of departmental processes to effectively support team operations
- Monitor and report errors from internal teams or external partners and manage workflow of Commercial applications and ensure compliance with regulations and SOX controls
- Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders such as Treasury, Healthcare, Commercial, Small Business, Product, and IT
- Complete various management reporting and audits on a monthly and annual basis
- Lead conversations during system upgrades by articulating team requirements and identifying optimal solutions to enhance workflow efficiency
- Oversee department workflow and effectively communicate decisions, priorities and relevant information to team members
- Provide guidance to team members on departmental projects / issues, coach and develop training plans, lead development conversations and answer day-to-day questions for team members
- Perform other duties as assigned

Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required4+ years experience in banking, financial services, and treasury servicing required3+ years of workflow and case management experience required1+ years leadership experience requiredHybrid schedule : In office 2 days per week
