Ultrasound Technologist - Day

We are seeking a Registered Ultrasonographer to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. This role is responsible for day-to-day ultrasound operations, performing general and vascular diagnostic sonograms, and providing quality patient care. The position requires minimal supervision and works closely with patients, radiologists, providers, and other clinical staff to ensure high-quality imaging services.

Responsibilities

Perform general and vascular diagnostic sonograms

Provide safe, quality patient care

Communicate effectively with patients, coworkers, radiologists, and providers

Assist the Core Leader in meeting department goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an ultrasound program accredited by JRCRTE or equivalent education / experience

National certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or as a National Registered Technologist – Sonography (at hire)

BLS certification (American Heart Association) at hire

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of ultrasound experience

32 hours per week (0.8 FTE) – Day Shift

40 hours per week (1.0 FTE) – Day Shift
