Job Description

As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrols in Chicago, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a premier hotel and resort location. Your presence and attention will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service to guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the property, and respond to various situations with professionalism and integrity. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
