Lead HVAC Technician

Overview

We are looking for a Lead HVAC Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing HVAC service and maintenance activities, ensuring high-quality work, safety, and code compliance. This role leads a team of technicians while also handling hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.

Responsibilities

Lead and delegate tasks to HVAC techs on daily operations

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems

Perform diagnostics and ensure timely repairs

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Coordinate with vendors and other departments

Maintain service records and documentation

Provide training and support to junior team members

Requirements

5+ years HVAC experience, including leadership roles

EPA Universal Certification

Valid driver's license

Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical knowledge

Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
