Job Title : Phlebotomist I

Location : Homestead, FL 33033

Duration : 3 months+

Shift : Mon - Fri 6 : 30 am - 3 : 30 pm including Saturdays 7 : 00 am - 11 : 00 am

Job Summary :

As a PSR I, you'll be the face of the company-drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring a safe, professional, and patient-friendly environment.

Responsibilities :

Collect and process blood specimens (clinical & forensic).
Interact with patients with professionalism and care.
Follow safety and confidentiality protocols.
Keep accurate records and documentation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED (Required).

Phlebotomy certification (Preferred; required in CA, NV, WA).

6+ months phlebotomy experience (Required); 1+ year preferred.

Strong phlebotomy skills (pediatric & geriatric).

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Additional Info :

Must have reliable personal transportation (no bus / Uber).

Must live within 20-25 minutes of Boynton Beach.

Commute time and home city must be listed on resume.

Punctuality and attendance are strictly enforced.
