Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 11 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type : Travel Ratios : 1 : 1–2 On-Call : May be placed on call for low census; no additional required call shifts Weekends : Every other weekend (total of 12 shifts during the contract) Floating : Yes, within scope and between like units / sister facilities as needed Requirements : Experience : Minimum 2 years First-Time Travelers : Accepted License : SC or Compact RN license Certifications : AHA ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required Equipment Experience : CRRT (Prismax) preferred Additional Details : Block Scheduling : May be requested; requires manager approval and depends on unit needs Local Radius : 60 miles Locals Accepted : Yes, case-by-case at 10% lower rate RTO : Must be submitted at time of application; approval based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Facility Information : Type : Acute Care Hospital Charting System : Epic Scrub Color : Royal Blue Parking : Free parking available in downtown lots and garages (parking pass provided at badge pickup; garage clearance accommodates average SUVs / trucks) Note : During hurricane season (June–November, peak in August–September) , staff may be assigned to emergency response teams. Travelers uncomfortable with this should avoid confirming new or extended contracts during this period.
