This position requires 1 year and a Bachelor's Degree or 2 years Registration / Admitting in a Hospital / Healthcare setting.

Training is on-site for 15 business days.

Summary : Responsible for performing functions in any or all of the following modalities : reception, registration, scheduling, financial counseling, bed control, cashier and insurance verification / authorization. Team member will demonstrate proficiency in all of the Registrar modalities within the department. Responsible for resolving registrar and customer service issues, processing payroll, maintaining department staffing schedules, assisting manager in providing guidance and direction to the Registrars, participating in coaching / counseling and annual performance evaluations. May be responsible to rotate shifts and take call. Perform other duties as assigned.
