We are looking for a skilled Manual and CNC Machinist to join our growing team. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and take pride in producing precision parts, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain manual lathes, mills, and grinders

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (mills and / or lathes)

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders

Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and work holding devices

Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)

Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards throughout the machining process

Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings as needed to ensure accuracy

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a machinist (manual and CNC) preferred

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings

Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials

Experience with G-code programming and CNC controls

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or apprenticeship preferred)
