Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers
Collaborate with engineering teams to drive problem resolution and improve support documentation
Develop support tooling and automations to enhance internal workflows
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a software engineering or technical support role
Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails, React, or equivalent technologies
Foundational knowledge of relational databases and APIs
Prior client-facing experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
