Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Mortgage Closer to join our team and help drive smooth, timely closings across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to ensuring that every mortgage loan closes efficiently, accurately, and with great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare closing documents, including balancing the Initial and Final Closing Disclosure
• Deliver top-notch customer service with a sharp eye for detail
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout the closing process
• Respond to routine calls, emails, and chat inquiries
• Manage daily work queues and escalate issues when needed
• Pitch in on other tasks as needed
• Show up with a positive attitude and behaviors that reflect our company’s values and culture
