Nexus Family Healing is looking to add several On Call Registered Nurses to our newest location in Portland, Oregon!

This small PRTF program serves up to six youth at a time, ages 10-17 with mental and developmental disabilities who have become involved in the justice system. The program, located at Nexus’ Walden Crossing, is a secure residential location, providing high staff to youth ratios as well as 24 / 7 nursing, recreational and therapeutic professionals, psychiatric services, and an array of other types of therapies as indicated.

• On Call On-site opportunity
• Walden Crossing Address : 881 NE 162nd Ave, Portland OR 97320
• Non-hospital setting; small residential program
• Working with youth clients - ages 10-17
• Located on the Albertina Kerr campus
• Starting pay range : $47-$50 an hour!
• $500 Sign On Bonus

Position Summary :

Our Nurse (RN) promotes the health and well-being to Nexus Family Healing residents by providing client-centered health care services, in accordance with Nexus Family Healing policies, procedures, and protocols.

Primary responsibilities :

Resident Medical Care

Treatment Team Collaboration

Implement, monitor, and coordinate medication administration to clients

Staff Meetings & Required Training
