Job Description :

As an Associate in the Enterprise Business Solutions team, assist the director to monitor and maintain core, tier 2, and tier 3 software applications companywide. The Associate performs software configuration, customization, and / or data analytics and reporting in support of business owner requests.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, analytically minded, high-performing, and has strong communication skills. Key to this position will be the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deadlines, maintain high standards, and can confidently support (and work alongside) functional and technical team members.

Responsibilities

Configures and customizes application functionality to support business owner requests.

Develops and tests new reports, configurations, and functionality before releasing for UAT.

Monitors and ensures seamless data integrations with other software applications when applicable.

Manages software consultants related to software implementation or support.

Responds to Level II and III support tickets, incidents, and requests depending on Core or Tier 2 Application.

Manages Level IV support calls to the vendor or managed service provider for issue resolution.

Documents all tickets, incidents, and requests and resolution in Remedy software.

Maintains all software artifacts (project documents, contracts, and knowledgebase).

Plans and executes software upgrades, identifying potential risks and issues, developing test cases, and providing support during the upgrade process.

Collaborates with software vendors to ensure the software consistently meets the needs of the organization, providing feedback, suggesting improvements, and sharing best practices.

Assist in remediation and strategy to improve data quality with application owners as necessary.

Work collaboratively with analytics professionals, the EBS team, IT, and operations staff internally, as well as with external vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in software engineering, information technology, computer science, data management, mathematics, or related field preferred.

Knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as C++, Javascript, Python, and Ruby.

Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.

Experience with or exposure to Microsoft Azure data storage tools, Power BI analytics software or similar, such as AWS S3 and Tableau

Proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and resolving them.

Ability to collaborate with clients, team members, external data providers, and management.

Effective listening, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and requires minimal supervision.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
