$285,000 to $300,000 per year

About The Position

Position Overview :

A growing, hospital-employed OB / GYN practice in Columbus, OH is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a strong work-life balance in a thriving community.

Job Highlights :

Join a respected, expanding practice with immediate patient volume

Practice setting strategically located near two major hospitals with MFM support + Level III NICUs

Schedule : 3–3.5 clinic days / week + 1 OR day / week

Call rotation : 1 : 4–1 : 5 (weekends included) with midwife coverage (1 : 3 call)

Mix of obstetrical care and gynecological surgery; robotics available (robotics interest preferred)

Optional teaching with OB / GYN residency program (not required)

Traditional clinic + call model with strong team collaboration

Must reside within 30 minutes of affiliated hospitals

Compensation & Benefits :

$285,000 guaranteed base salary with immediate bonus potential

Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus, OR loan forgiveness, OR a 50 / 50 split

Student loan repayment program available

Relocation reimbursement offered

Annual $5,000 CME + 5 CME days

216 hours PTO annually (27 days) + rollover

Full benefits begin Day 1

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility (501(c)(3) status)

Candidate Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years of residency; BC preferred) – Required

Ohio license (or willing to obtain) – Required

DEA license (or eligible) – Required

Robotic surgery interest – Highly Preferred

Must live within 30 minutes of affiliated hospitals

Clean malpractice and license history – Required

No visa sponsorship available (H1B / J1 not accepted)

Not open to locum, locum-to-perm, 1099, or alternate shift arrangements
