Coverage Needed : As soon as credentialed - ongoing 10 hour and 12 hour shifts Must be willing to work at FSED's associated with main facility Clinical Information : Annual ED volume of 60,000; 17% admission rate, 15% pediatrics, 9% average critical care rate Newly Renovated 22-Bed ED 44 hour physician coverage 62 hours APP coverage Required : DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Board Requirements : BC / BE in EM BC FM or IM with EM experience Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role Active FL License
