Were looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time enthusiastic Guest Services Representatives for the 20252026 winter season who know how to create positive first impressions, deliver excellent customer service, and keep the mountain vibes welcoming from sunrise to the last chair.

What Youll Do :

• Be the first point of contact for guests welcoming them with warmth, professionalism, and knowledge.
• Assist with lift tickets, passes, and general resort information.
• Solve problems with creativity and care, ensuring every guest leaves happy.
• Work alongside other mountain departments to keep things running smoothly.
