• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain any necessary alcohol service licensing requirements
• Preferred prior bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus and classic cocktail preparation
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service procedures as defined by both state laws and Buffalo Wild Wings policy and guidelines
• Excellent customer service skills with strong ability to interact with guests
• Verbal communication skills, and accurate math and cash handling skills
• Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time
