Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A direct hire opportunity is available for a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead pharmacy operations. This role requires a candidate with strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure pliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations while maintaining excellent patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient and pliant workflow
• Manage staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support
• Maintain inventory control and proper storage of medications
• Ensure the pharmacy meets all regulatory requirements and standards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outes
• Implement policies and procedures to promote patient safety and quality assurance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and audits
