Your Role as an RN

As a Registered Nurse in our Discharge Lounge, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transitions for patients entering and exiting our acute care settings. Your specialized assessment skills will help place patients in the right care areas and provide necessary education for post-hospitalization care.
