Perform business analysis, especially in process analysis and solution-oriented tasks. Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, English, Social Sciences, or related field. 1015 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or software development. Experience in the medical device industry is helpful but not required. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities. Proven experience delivering large IT projects.
IT Project Manager
Location : Maple Grove, MN
Work Arrangement : Hybrid
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday in office.
Contract Duration : 1 year, W2
Role Overview
This hybrid position blends responsibilities of a Project Manager (PM) and Business Analyst (BA) . The individual will manage and execute IT projects within a defined scope, collaborating with business and IT leadership to establish goals, objectives, and deliverables. This is not a technical implementation PM role and does not require engineering or Scrum Master skills.
