Job Description – Service Technician – Ford of Pleasanton

We are now operating in a brand-new, multi-million-dollar dealership, featuring 50+ climate-controlled service bays, cutting-edge equipment, and high-speed doors to keep technicians comfortable year-round. This is San Antonio's newest Ford facility, and demand is high— apply today as positions will fill quickly!

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic built on honesty and integrity (importance : #1)
• Desire to continuously improve and be the best at what you do
• Dealership experience and / or Ford certifications strongly (but not required)
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
• Commitment to building a long-lasting career in automotive service
• Ability to perform advanced diagnostics with modern scan tools
• Consistency, reliability, and punctuality in achieving targeted goals
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (including background check and drug-free work environment)
