About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated

and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our community health team in Hominy,

Oklahoma. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while

Key Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive

primary medical care services to patients within the scope of family practice

and internal medicine.

Evaluate and diagnose

patients based on clinical knowledge, physical examinations, medical history,

and diagnostic testing.

Order appropriate laboratory

and imaging studies, interpret test results, and develop individualized

treatment plans.

Refer patients to

specialists as appropriate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals

on care coordination.

Promote preventive health

care and patient education.

Maintain accurate and

up-to-date medical records in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Requirements :

MD or DO degree from an

accredited medical school

Completion of an accredited

residency program in Family Medicine or related primary care specialty.

Active, unrestricted license

to practice medicine in the State of Oklahoma.

Board certification (or

eligibility) in Primary Care or related field.

Unrestricted DEA and

Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs registration.

Current BLS / CPR

certification for Healthcare Professionals.

Knowledge of preventive

medicine, chronic disease management, and community health systems.

Strong interpersonal,

communication, and organizational skills.

Interest in working in a

rural or underserved community setting.

Ability to work

collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care environment.

Familiarity with state and

federal healthcare regulations.
