Overview :

Provide compassionate care for geriatric residents in a long-term care setting. Responsible for medication administration, direct patient care, and supervision of CNAs. Must demonstrate strong critical thinking, independence, and respect for residents' dignity.

Patient Ratios :

1 RN per 20 residents

8–10 residents per LPN

4–6 residents per CNA

Requirements :

NYS LPN License (active)

BLS – AHA only

2+ years long-term care experience

Wound care experience preferred; no trachs or acute care needs
