About the Role
As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll own the end-to-end talent acquisition process for mission-critical IT roles across our Consulting, Managed Services, and Technology Staffing practices – partnering with delivery leads and business stakeholders to build world-class teams that drive client success. This is a strategic hiring position with visibility into C-suite initiatives and a clear path to leadership in talent operations or client engagement.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical specialties :
- Cloud Strategy & DevOps
- ERP Integration (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Cybersecurity & Privacy Compliance
- Blockchain Development
- BPM, CRM & BI Solutions
- Identity & Access Management
- Craft and refine job descriptions; post to ATS and niche boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, GitHub, etc.)
- Design and execute innovative sourcing campaigns : Boolean search, social outreach, hacker forums, community events
- Screen resumes for technical depth and cultural fit; conduct structured behavioral and technical interviews
- Manage and optimize ATS workflows (Bullhorn, JobDiva, Greenhouse or similar)
- Track recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion) and present actionable insights to leadership
- Represent CHT at industry conferences, meetups, and campus events to expand our talent network
- Collaborate with and enhance our network of expert resources and partners
- Champion the CHT employer brand : deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, from first touch to offer acceptance
- Drive continuous process improvements and best practices; mentor junior recruiters as we continue to scale
Qualifications
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in agency or consulting environmentsTrack record of sourcing and closing candidates for competitive tech marketsDeep understanding of cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, blockchain, and data analytics rolesMastery of Boolean search, passive candidate engagement, and creative outreach tacticsStrong communicator with a relationship-first mindset and outstanding negotiation skillsData-driven : comfortable reporting on metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing workflowsDemonstrated mentoring or team-lead experience in a recruiting functionProficiency with ATS / CRM platforms and recruiting analytics toolsBonus Points
