Customer Service Technician

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma / GED.
  • Two (2) years of clerical and customer service experience.

    • Key responsibilities include :

  • Performing diversified office support and administrative functions requiring specialized customer service financial knowledge.
  • Office support functions performed at this level are moderate to complex in nature, requiring the coordination of several specific tasks while maintaining a high degree of accuracy in processing information.
  • Researching and providing verification of information requests from department field personnel, including memos, logs, and other records.
  • Processing daily accounting tasks, i.e., calculating bills, receiving payments, and issuing receipts.
  • Performing other related duties.
