    • Maintenance Team Member Responsibilities :

    • Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times
    • Execute safe driving best practices when operating CFA vehicles with a sense of urgency
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on the restaurant site
    • Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and restaurant at all times
    • General building maintenance.
    • Window washing & limited power washing
    • Limited landscape and sprinkler maintenance
    • Assisting with moving & repairing building equipment
    • Limited cleaning of the building and facilities.
    • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect.
    • Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
    • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
    • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
    • Complete any tasks as assigned
    • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
    • Help at the store when needed
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Qualifications and Requirements :

    • 2 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance
    • Ability to operate power washer
    • Ability to use our chats thru a phone app
    • Consistent and reliable
    • Cheerful and positive attitude
    • Loves serving and helping others
    • Customer service oriented
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented
    • Able to multi-task
    • Works well independently and in a team environment
    • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule (available 3 Sundays a month) (some days need to be available at 5 : 30am)
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs on a regular basis
    • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
    • Minimum age : 21+
    • Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
