Stanley Consultants is seeking a Traffic Engineer for our Traffic Engineering Department in our DeBary or Tampa, FL offices. The successful candidate will enjoy : developing technical solutions, fostering close client and staff relationships; providing creative approaches to project development; and maintaining a personal dedication to serving client needs and mentoring younger engineers.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Prepare design plans for the following disciplines (not all inclusive) :

Traffic Signals

Knowledge of engineering practices and procedures, including :

Stanley's Approach to Flexibility

While some members choose to work out of their local office on a full-time basis, we offer a hybrid schedule for eligible positions consisting of two days a week in the office, two days a week remotely, and Friday being a flexible day that can be worked either in the office or at home. Eligible roles can also offer a compressed workweek schedule. Members who participate will be assigned a 9 / 80 work schedule, meaning every other Friday off!
