VP, Jet Card Sales
The VP, Jet Card Sales is responsible for expanding the Jet Card and Aircraft Management Member base, ensuring revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with the company vision and values. In addition, this role is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the Sales Development Representatives and Directors of Jet Card Sales.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and direction to all Jet Card Sales Directors; assisting and resolving Member concerns as needed.
- Work cohesively with the aircraft management sales and leadership team to ensure that the Sales Development team is assisting in the expansion of the Jet Linx fleet growth.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Sales Development Representatives by providing coaching, daily goal setting and performance monitoring.
- Work closely with each Director of Jet Card Sales in each location to generate jet card sales, expand the market presence, and establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective Members.
- Ensure development and implementation of effective jet card sales strategy through cross functional team leadership and communications.
- Work with the Vice President of Sales and sales team to identify potential industries, vertical markets, companies, and individuals.
- Ensure compliance with Jet Linx's fiscal policies and directives on expenses and capital planning.
- Research and identify industries and / or vertical markets that contain prospects and collect contact information.
- Determine the potential of identified prospects and direct those prospects to the correct sales representative / resource for advancement in the sales cycle.
- Design and schedule marketing campaigns.
- Capture and input data entry into HubSpot.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Demonstrate Jet Linx's core values and "Supply the High" in all interactions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

5+ years of high-level sales experience, Aviation industry or Luxury Brand markets preferredProven experience developing, negotiating, finalizing and implementing contracts requiredWilling to consider equivalent combination of education and experiencePhysical Requirements :
Majority of work is completed in a normal office work environmentProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerAble to complete physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing to perform daily work functionsMust be able to move up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basis
