As a Machinist II with PCB Piezotronics, Inc, you will work from drawings and / or written instructions, set up and operate a variety of manual or CNC machinery and equipment to produce precision parts.

Additional Duties :

• Skilled in at least one work center and performs specific machinist functions. May have ability to set up and troubleshoot machines within work center.
• Ability to prove out and set up proven programs for production.
• Provides instruction and training to employees in other positions within the Machine Shop.
• Verifies conformance of finished work to ensure compliance to tolerance and company specifications.
• Identifies dull or worn inserts or tools and makes changes as necessary.
• Makes tool offsets as required.
• Completes preventative maintenance as required.
• Regularly uses microscope and other high end measuring equipment to view and inspect parts.
• Performs other related duties as directed.
