Pawnee Mental Health is a mission-driven non-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving 10 counties across North-Central Kansas. The Role You Play as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

This outpatient therapist position focused on delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health therapy. You’ll serve clients in an outpatient setting while contributing to a collaborative, person-centered treatment environment. Your work is essential in helping individuals, families, and groups overcome challenges and achieve emotional well-being.

As an outpatient therapist with Pawnee, you will :

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, developing and maintaining person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Collaborate with treatment teams, natural supports, and external providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessment and timely, accurate documentation per agency standards
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and complete agency-required trainings, including certification in evidence-based treatment models
• Deliver psychoeducational services to the community as assigned
