We are thrilled to announce a new Structural Welder opportunity! PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing company, has been given the chance to assist a top employer seeking an experienced and certified Structural Welder to join our team in the manufacturing of premier suspended access and safety solutions. As a crucial member of our production team, you will be responsible for building the foundational components that enable transformative infrastructure and construction projects across North America. This is a hands-on role for a skilled professional with a strong commitment to quality and safety, who is passionate about creating "work that matters."

Structural Welder Job Duties and Requirements :

Performs various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Flux-Cored Arc Welding) to fabricate and repair structural components.

Reads and interprets complex blueprints and engineering drawings to determine component layouts and dimensions.

Conducts pre- and post-weld inspections to ensure rigorous quality standards are met, while strictly adhering to all safety protocols.

Works effectively with other team members and is responsible for setting up, calibrating, and maintaining welding equipment.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods, working in various positions.
