Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, including staff supervision, receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for customer delivery, while maintaining a safe and orderly warehouse environment. Provide encouragement and discipline to maintain high levels of acceptable performance standards among the warehouse staff. Annual reviews, training, handling conflicts, scheduling time on and off the job. Supervision of warehouse inventory. Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts. Implement and enforce safety and security procedures. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.

Qualifications :

• Proven warehouse experience
• Adequate knowledge of the warehouse data system
• Team player with organizational skills
• Ability to lift or move heavy products
• Must be able to pass drug testing and background checks
• High Diploma or Equivalent
