Shift : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate : $25 / hr. on W2
Job Summary :
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the face of our organization for patients, whether they are visiting for routine health checks or critical diagnostic information. The PSR II is responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens and preparing them for laboratory testing while maintaining the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and professionalism. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills to establish trust and confidence with patients. The PSR II may be assigned to a doctor's office, patient service center, or other locations based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform daily tasks accurately and promptly under the supervision of the area supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe environment.
- Confidently perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties in accordance with established protocols.
- Verify patient demographic information, obtain patient initials and signature post-venipuncture to ensure correct labeling of specimens.
- Maintain required records and documentation accurately and timely.
- Promote a positive image to patients, clients, co-workers, and the public by demonstrating professionalism and organizational commitment.
Job Requirements :
Ability to produce high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting.Capable of working independently with minimal on-site supervision.Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.Adherence to all company policies and procedures, including :Dress code
