Second Shift : 3 : 30 PM to 2 : 00 AM, Monday through Thursday

Summary :

As a Powder Coater at Pace, you will be responsible for powder coating a variety of parts to customer and manufacturer specifications.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities … This job includes but is not limited to the following :

• Obtain powder chip for cure and color verification.
• Obtain powder specified for the job from the paint vault inventory.
• Set-up powder coating equipment and set oven temperature based on manufacturer specifications.
• Powder coat parts to specifications Inspect parts for compliance with customer’s specifications.
• Clean gun, booth and filters between powder changes.
• Move materials and perform housekeeping as required.

Education : High School Graduate

Experience : Two years’ powder coating or equivalent.

Skills : Good eye / hand coordination, finger dexterity, and color sensitivity.
