Overview

Alter-Learning Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and creative Remote 3D Character / Creature Artist to join our team. As a 3D Character / Creature Artist, you will be responsible for creating stunning and immersive character and creature models for our movie projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing and high-quality 3D character and creature models.
• Utilize 3D packages such as Maya, Blender, and zBrush to create detailed and realistic character and creature assets.
• Collaborate with the art team to ensure the alignment of character and creature assets with project requirements and visual style.
• Adhere to polycount guidelines and asset optimization techniques.
• Utilize high-poly to low-poly baking workflows for optimized asset creation.
• Communicate effectively with team members, providing progress updates, seeking feedback, and incorporating art direction into your work.
• Meet project deadlines and milestones, managing time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies related to character and creature modeling and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual impact of our movies.
