Key Responsibilities
Conduct prospect identification and research to build a robust donor pipeline
Analyze data to create compelling narratives and reports for fundraising strategies
Manage and update donor information in CRM systems while ensuring data efficiency
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in prospect research or nonprofit development roles
Experience with prospect research tools and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Knowledge of philanthropy and fundraising best practices
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
Commitment to social justice and understanding of funder ethics
