Leasing & Marketing Agent - Collection at Schertz Station

Join EMBREY's dynamic Property Management team as a Leasing & Marketing Agent . This role involves assisting the Property Manager in operating our luxury property by leasing units and providing excellent customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies with property staff.
  • Increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed occupancy goals.
  • Maintain product knowledge through site visits and surveys.
  • Prioritize resident satisfaction by delivering a 5-star customer experience and fostering community engagement.
  • Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents receive exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • One year experience as a Leasing Consultant.
  • Experience with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid Drivers License.

    • Required Testing

  • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR.

    • Position Details

  • Hourly Rate : $18-$19 / hr, Non-Exempt, based on experience.
  • Full-time position.
  • Competitive pay & benefits including healthcare and 401(k).

  • Schertz, TX; reporting to Community Manager.
