  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible physiatrist
  • Outpatient only
  • Consultations and clinic responsibilities
  • Interventional procedures performed
  • Work with two other physicians
  • Seeking candidates that have experience in epidural / facet injections, as well as, interventional pain techniques
  • Ultrasound and EMGs are not required
