Missouri Licensed Closing Team Lead

A company is looking for a Closing Specialist Team Lead to oversee the closing process in the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team responsible for disclosures, title work, wire / funding, and all aspects of closing

Coach and develop team members to enhance their performance and skills

Act as the escalation point for challenges, ensuring clear communication and solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a mortgage closer

At least 2 years of prior management experience

Strong understanding of compliance, guidelines, and industry updates

Ability to motivate and guide a diverse, high-performing team

Comfortable with technology and reliable attendance in a remote work environment
