Responsibilities
- Hands-on floor leadership during busy shifts—this is not a desk job.
- Lead pre-shift meetings, coach in real time, and resolve guest concerns on the spot.
- Train new team members and lead ongoing staff development.
- Build a strong service culture among front-of-house teams.
- Jump into service when needed (hosting, expo, running food, bussing tables).
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant (casual or fast-casual preferred).Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.Comfortable with scheduling, labor management, and inventory systems.Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Food Handler and alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days).Benefits and Compensation
