I am with an accounting search firm, and I am working with an organization in Arlington, VA looking to hire a Controller. This is with a stable organization, with a great team and addition, the role is hybrid!

Salary : up to $140K

Key Responsibilities of the Controller :

Assisting the CFO in preparation of presentations to the board finance and audit committee.

Functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and grants administration

Ensure the organization has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation and conduct clean audits.

Systems integration - - experience with NetSuite a plus

Qualifications of the Controller :

CPA

Non-Profit Global Experience with IFRS

Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit
