Role Overview :
We are seeking a Volunteer Social Media Manager to oversee PASS’s social media presence and help us grow our online community. This role is perfect for someone creative, strategic, and passionate about using digital platforms to drive social impact.
Responsibilities :
Manage and update PASS’s social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram).
Create engaging content (posts, graphics, short videos) aligned with our mission.
Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments / messages in a timely manner.
Track performance metrics and recommend strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Qualifications :
Experience managing social media platforms (nonprofit or organizational accounts preferred).
Strong writing and storytelling skills.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
Time Commitment : Flexible and remote.
Approximately 10 - 15 hours per week.
