Sr. Web Developer

Position : Sr. Web Developer

Position Duties :

Develop new features and maintain existing software applications based on ticket requirements.

Perform integration, testing, documentation, and peer code reviews to ensure quality and transparency.

Ensure code meets performance, scalability, and resource utilization standards.

Write clean, maintainable code that follows industry best practices and team conventions.

Participate in all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives).

Provide estimates for upcoming work during backlog refinement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent development tasks.

Education / Experience Requirements : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field and 60 months of experience as a Software Developer.

Special Requirements : At least five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a software developer with four (4) years of experience (A) working in web application development, (B) architecting and deploying scalable web applications involving integration of REST APIs, (C) PHP developing using advanced frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter, and (D) gaining familiarity with design systems such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS and performance optimization for high-traffic, responsive applications is required.

Must have at least two (2) years of experience developing complex front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks including React.js, Vue.js, or Angular, and at least one (1) year experience (A) working with advanced cloud services and automated CI / CD pipeline configuration in enterprise environments, and (B) designing and deploying cloud-native applications on platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.
