PeerSource is currently recruiting for multiple Sales & Store Managers on a Direct Hire basis. This role is based out of Yuma, AZ.
Summary
We are seeking 2 results-driven Sales & Store Managers to lead separate retail teams in achieving aggressive sales goals and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This position oversees a team of around 5 sales professionals, ensuring full training, accountability, and high performance. The manager will be responsible for driving traffic, optimizing floor merchandising, and aligning advertising strategies with sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of Sales Associates to meet monthly and annual sales goals for the store.
- Manage daily sales performance tracking using TRAX and Myriad / Storis; review and approve all sales orders.
- Conduct daily team meetings, training assignments, and readiness checks to ensure consistent Sales Associate development and presentation.
- Drive showroom standards through daily walk-throughs, accurate pricing, tagging, and weekly floor updates.
- Oversee merchandising strategy, including best sellers tracking, stock orders, and inventory reviews in collaboration with inventory partners.
- Monitor showroom and facility condition, ensuring regular deep cleaning and upkeep standards are met.
- Maintain and publish weekly floor labor schedule and lead weekly sales performance presentations.
- Lead local marketing initiatives by presenting daily and monthly content plans, coordinating in-store events, aligning sales floor strategies with ad campaigns, surveying customers on ad reach, and responding to online reviews to enhance customer engagement and traffic.
Required Skills
5+ years of leadership experience in a high-performance retail sales environment, preferably in showroom-related industries.Proven success in sales operations, team development, and performance management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor, interpret, and act on sales data.Experience with retail and sales operations systems such as TRAX, Myriad, or Storis is preferred.Ability to foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and high morale.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and follow-through.Ability to travel 10% of the time.H1 sponsorship is not available.
