Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in the oil and gas industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in various weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and work in physically demanding environments. Willingness to work long hours as required. Must be willing to meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test (hair follicle), MVR check and fit for duty / agility test.
Well Runner
As a Well Runner, you will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of well site equipment and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring safe and efficient production operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor well site equipment to ensure the smooth operation of well production.
- Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any issues or irregularities.
- Maintain accurate records of operations and equipment status.
- Work collaboratively with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Perform well servicing tasks and contribute to the efficient running of daily operations
